The Pizza Peel & Tap Room opened in the late Spring of 2008 under the Ownership of Will Bigham. His vision: A place to come enjoy unique food and beer with a relaxing and comfortable setting where everyone is welcome. Mr. Bigham has developed a truly unique menu from pizza and wings, to fish tacos, ribs, and five layer cakes for dessert.

From the beginning it has been our goal to create the best pizza crust in town, one that is chewy on the inside yet crunchy on the outside. Before we pile on our gourmet toppings we use a combination of extra virgin olive oil, fresh yeast, molasses, and a touch of wheat flour to create our distinctive flavor sensation that you will be running to your friends about.

Not in the mood for pizza? Then feast your tastebuds on some of our other scrumptious menu items. We serve up some of the tastiest wings in town in a variety of flavors including Buffalo, Teriyaki, Inferno, Jerk Sauce, and Tong’s Sweet Chili Sauce. With our array of delectable choices in salads, pastas, soups, and sandwiches we have a filling dish for even the pickiest of palates.

Whether it’s giving your kid a piece of dough to keep him or her occupied while you read over the menu and relax, or hosting a community outreach event to raise money for local charities, we are proud to call Cotswold our home and strive to make it the best neighborhood in Charlotte.
